Pumpkin Spice Latte

¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 ½ tablespoon canned pumpkin
splash of vanilla
sweeten to taste with stevia, honey or maple syrup
1 cup hot organic milk or milk alternative such as almond (choose brand that does not contain carrageenan)
1-2 shots espresso
Instructions: Mix together all ingredients and top with homemade whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
