This recipe makes 2 generous smoothie servings.
½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 20 oz. bag of frozen strawberries (or any frozen fruit combination you like!)
2 swirls of honey
½ cup of milk (you can use
almond milk or cashew milk as well)
1 handful fresh spinach
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor and enjoy. Try topping with homemade granola. Try substituting different frozen fruits, and feel free to add chia seeds or flax seeds.
