It’s so easy to make excuses for not working out, but one of the most common excuse I hear comes from people who feel that they just don’t have time to get to the gym. I’m here to put that excuse to rest with a full body workout you can get at your home – by using your stairs! By putting together a combination of step ups, tricep dips, lunges and push ups, you can give yourself a full body workout in the comfort of your own home.
There are many variations to this workout. You can also use a step aerobics platform if you have one, just be sure you are doing these exercises at the floor level and on a balanced surface. You can also challenge yourself to see how many sets you can squeeze into a five minute period. Good luck and happy exercising!
