Pep lunges for something other than candy!
Pep felt like a new elf after his massage yesterday. With Pep’s renewed energy we worked on a few more exercises he can do in the workshop when the reindeer are hogging the gym and when he just needs a quick break and burst of energy.
Forward lunges do not require any extra equipment- stand upright and step forward with your right leg. Bend your left leg, but be careful to keep your right knee from going out over your foot (aim for a 90 degree angle). Squeeze your glutes (butt) and press through your right heel to step back to standing position. Do 10 lunges on each leg.
