Yoga moves to relax and refresh.










“That breathing yesterday reminds me of my friend, Kim, and the yoga we did last year. Can we do that again?”

Pep and I had a great yoga session with Kim Kohler, our friend and certified yoga instructor. Even though the sky was gray, we did focused on our breath and flowed through sun salutations.
