Chocolate Almond Butter Fat Bombs

Ingredients:
1 cup natural almond butter (can use natural peanut butter if preferred)
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon powdered monk fruit sweetener
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:
Melt oil and almond butter together, turn off heat, add rest of ingredients and stir together. Pour into silicone molds or cupcake paper liners and place in freezer until solid. Store in freezer.

No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake Fat Bombs

Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons sweetener (monk fruit, Stevia)
1 ounce fresh lemon juice and zest of one lemon

Directions:
Mix oil, butter, cream cheese, and sweetener with a hand mixer until smooth. Add lemon juice and zest and combine. Pour into silicone molds or cupcake paper liners and place in freezer until solid. Store in freezer.

**With both of these, if you have blueberries, raspberries or blackberries, toss in a handful for an extra treat.
