Triceps, not chocolate.
Pep perked up when he heard we were doing dips in the gym today.
“They are for your triceps, not chocolate,” I said.
Although he was disappointed, the exercise distracted Pep from his dreams of chocolate.
Find a sturdy surface like a step or even a desk. Place your hands on the surface at your sides and slowly lower yourself down. Make sure to keep your elbows close to your body. Slowly raise yourself back up. Repeat 10 times.
