So I couldn’t find Pep this morning…….He was outside trying to make snowballs. He didn’t have the strength to keep rolling them and making them bigger. I brought him inside, warmed him up, and began to show him how to do a roll out. Start on your knees, hands on the ball, and while rolling out to forearms make sure your butt stays inline with the rest of your body. Only extend out as far as you can without letting your back sink. Engage your abdominals and use them to roll yourself back to starting position. If you do not have a ball you can always do a plank on your forearms and toes. Try and do 25 roll outs today!
