Just follow these steps for a solid 24 minute workout:
- March in place 2 minutes
- Jumping jacks 2 minutes
- Speed skater 1 minute
- Jump rope 2 minutes
- Plank 1 minute
- Repeat speed skater, jump rope, plank and then move on
- Squats 1 minute
- Jump rope 1 minute
- Push-ups 1 minute
- Jump rope 2 minutes
- Repeat squats, jump rope, push-ups, jump rope and then move on
- Jumping Jacks 2 minutes
- March in place 2 minutes
