Just follow these steps for a solid 24 minute workout:

  1. March in place 2 minutes
  2. Jumping jacks 2 minutes
  3. Speed skater 1 minute
  4. Jump rope 2 minutes
  5. Plank 1 minute
  6. Repeat speed skater, jump rope, plank and then move on
  7. Squats 1 minute
  8. Jump rope 1 minute
  9. Push-ups 1 minute
  10. Jump rope 2 minutes
  11. Repeat squats, jump rope, push-ups, jump rope and then move on
  12. Jumping Jacks 2 minutes
  13. March in place 2 minutes
