Healthy No Bake Cookie IngredientsProtein Packed No-Bake Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 cup dried dates
1/4 cup dried cranberries or cherries
1/4 cup dried apricots
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
1/8 cup water

To Prepare
Cookie Shaped no-bake protein cookiesPlace all ingredients into food processor and blend until dried fruit is fully broken down. Chill the mixture for one hour and then form into your desired shape (roll into smaller power ball sized bites, press into cookies or flatten and cut into bars)
