Satisfy sweet cravings with healthier alternatives.
I told Pep to try substituting a healthier snack that can still satisfy his craving for sweet. Fruits contain natural sugars in addition to vitamins and fiber. Sliced apples with peanut butter (the protein in the peanut butter can keep your hunger satisfied longer), frozen blueberries, or orange slices are all sweet alternatives.
