1 lb of ground beef, turkey, chicken.
(for a vegetarian option, use 2 cans of black beans instead of meat)
16 oz. of ketchup
1 carrot chopped
1 celery stalk chopped
1 small onion chopped

Brown the meat, carrot, celery, onion together. Put into a crock pot or simmer on the stove and add ketchup.  Let it cook all day.  The longer it cooks the better.
