If you want to work on core strength, here are 7 core exercises you should be doing regularly. Your core connects everything in your body. It acts as a stabilizer and it facilitates the proper transmission force throughout the body.
Your core muscles consist of transverse abdominal, internal oblique, external oblique, rectus abdominus, erector spinae, quadratus, lumborum, multifidus, illiopsoas, and gluteus muscles.
